European giants battling for Draxler

Schalke starlet Julian Draxler could be the subject of a real bidding war in the summer transfer window, .

Draxler, 19, is already considered a first team regular at Veltins Arena and his impressive showings in Bundesliga and the Champions League have not gone unnoticed.

Sport Bild claims Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Milan, Inter and Real Madrid are all showing interest in the attacking midfielder.

With the Miners pretty disappointing this season, some of the interested clubs are expected to test Schalke’s resolve with a summer bid for the player’s services.

Julian Draxler has come through the youth ranks at Veltins Arena, and was handed a debut in the 2010/2011 season.

He has made a total of 65 Bundesliga appearances for the Miners, scoring 7 goals in the process.

Draxler also has 3 Germany caps to his name and was on the verge of making Joachim Low’s Euro 2012 squad.
